BASIC POLICY AGAINST ANTI-SOCIAL FORCES

ROXX, inc. establishes the Basic Policy Against Anti-Social Forces as follows and all of officers and employees comply therewith and endeavor to ensure the appropriateness and safety of our businesses:

1. Organizational Response

   We clearly stipulate the basis of our response to antisocial forces in our internal regulations, etc., and make organizational responses under the leadership of the management. In addition, we will ensure the safety of the employees who deal with antisocial forces.

2. Cooperating with external specialist agencies

   We endeavor to establish an ordinary and effective cooperation relationship with external specialist agencies including the police, a lawyer and the National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations.

3. Rejection of all relationships including transactions

   We will reject having any relationship with antisocial forces, including all transactions.

4. Civil and Criminal Legal Responses in Case of Emergency

   We shall firmly reject any unreasonable claims by anti-social forces and shall take legal action, both civil and criminal, as necessary.

5. Prohibition of Backdoor Deals and Provision of Funds

   We shall never engage in a backroom deal with anti-social forces or provide funds to anti-social forces.
