• Taro Nakajima

  Representative Director, President and CEO

  Drawn to the hard rock of the 1970s and '80s, Taro Nakajima set out to make his debut as a band musician. While a student at Aoyama Gakuin University, he founded ROXX, Inc. in 2013 and became its Representative Director and President (he left the university in 2015). Beginning with the launch of the social headhunting platform "SCOUTER," he has built a range of technology-driven HR services. In 2021, he was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list. In September 2024, ROXX went public on the Growth Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (securities code: 241A).

• Daisuke Ueki

  Senior Executive Officer and COO

  After starting his career at Career Design Center Co., Ltd., Daisuke Ueki joined ROXX, Inc. in 2016 as its first mid-career hire. Following his work on the launch of the social headhunting platform "SCOUTER," he led the launch and business development of the cloud-based job database "Z Career" (formerly "agent bank") from June 2017. Appointed head of the business in December 2018, he drove its growth. He became Executive Officer in January 2022 and Senior Executive Officer and COO in August 2023.

• Yuhei Kagi

  Senior Executive Officer, Head of Recruitment Agency Business

  Yuhei Kagi began his career as an IT engineer developing supply chain systems for a major semiconductor manufacturer. He then joined SMS Co., Ltd., where he handled sales, new branch launches, and management, driving the company's organizational growth. In 2014, he founded Agri Community Inc. and led the launch and expansion of an HR business specializing in agriculture. After transferring the business to Agrimedia Inc. in 2017, he joined Agrimedia's management as Director and COO. He joined ROXX, Inc. in August 2023 to lead its recruitment agency business, and was appointed Executive Officer in April 2026 and Senior Executive Officer in October 2026.

• Hiroto Nishimura

  Senior Executive Officer, Head of Corporate

  Hiroto Nishimura began his career at GREE, Inc., where he worked as a designer and engineer, served as global brand manager across 11 offices in 10 countries, and handled investor relations. In 2014, he joined Money Forward, Inc., where he was responsible for marketing, corporate planning, new business development, and IPO preparation. After working at Accenture Japan Ltd. and heading the president's office at an M&A advisory firm, he joined ROXX, Inc. in October 2020. He has led customer success, marketing, and human resources, and has served as Senior Executive Officer since April 2025.
