Basic Approach to Corporate Governance

Our company's basic management policy is to ensure transparency in management for shareholders and other stakeholders, and to continuously enhance corporate value through rational and efficient management activities.
To achieve these goals, we believe it is essential to make corporate governance function effectively and to further enhance these functions.
